In order to keep our prices low, we limit returns to damaged merchandise only. Therefore, our return policy is for seven days after receipt of merchandise. We do not accept any returns after this period. Please e-mail us at admin@pursesandsuch.com to get a Return Authorization number before sending us your return. There are no returns on personalized merchandise. 2. How long does it take for you to ship out my order? Our orders generally ship out within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. 3. How long does it generally take to receive my order? Our orders are generally received within 5 -7 business days of confirmed payment. However, our Designer Handbags are shipped from our affiliates in Europe and therefore may require 2-3 additional business days. 4. Do I have to buy anything to host or participate in a Purse Swap Party? Absolutely not, however, one of the benefits of hosting or participating in a Purse Swap Party is the 10% discount that the entire group receives to help you buy a purse for the party or pick up something for yourself. 5. How long does my Purse Swap Party discount code last? The Purse Swap Party discount code will expire on the last day of the month in which the Purse Swap Party is scheduled to take place. 6. I only received part of my order, are the other items I ordered in transit? Purses and Such.com ships from several different warehouse locations and therefore packages may arrive separately. To track your order’s status please refer to the e-mail that was sent to you to confirm the shipment of your order and to supply you with your shipment’s tracking info.
